By accessing or using Treda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Treda provides a compliance logging platform that helps organizations comply with the EU AI Act through automated logging, incident tracking, and reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree not to misuse the service or upload malicious content.

4. Data Handling

Treda encrypts data in transit and at rest. Log data is stored securely and access is audited. You retain full ownership of your data.

5. Limitation of Liability

Treda is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service. Compliance certification decisions remain the responsibility of the customer and their regulatory authority.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
