Treda collects account information (name, email, organization) and compliance logging data you submit. We also collect standard web analytics (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

We use your data to provide and improve the Treda platform, generate compliance reports, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host infrastructure in EU data centers. Access to customer data is strictly audited and limited to authorized personnel.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent for integrations you enable.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. Contact privacy@treda.local to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data according to your plan's retention policy. Upon account deletion, data is permanently erased within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
